For the 11th consecutive year, b2b Media challenged businesses and organizations that have green ideas, campaigns, events, initiatives or investments and they initiate actions and causes for a healthier environment to be able to show their achievements. Within the competition "The Greatest Companies in Bulgaria", better known as the “Green Oscars”, the candidates submitted their proposals in several main and additional categories, and an expert jury reviewed the nominations presented and impartially selected those that met the set criteria for participation.
The winners in the individual categories were awarded live at an official ceremony, which took place on May 14th, and which was opened with a video address by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev.
More than 50 companies received awards for their "green" activities in 2020, which shows that even in a year of pandemic, the achievement of "green" goals and the pursuit of "green" corporate strategies is not neglected.
An exceptional recognition for KAOLIN EAD were the two awards given for the construction of Filter-Drying Workshop 3 in Vetovo Plant. The project was awarded 1st place in the category "Green technology" and 3rd place in the category "Green investment".
