Our colleague Sylvia Tsvetanova with a diploma from German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for company manager

The first graduation of trainees at the Dual Professional Training Cluster, organized by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GBCCI) in Sofia received today a state-recognized certificate of professional qualification in the specialty "Company Manager". Among the successful graduates is our colleague from the General Administration Department, Mrs Sylvia Tsvetanova.

The diplomas were awarded to the graduates personally by the German Ambassador to Bulgaria, HE. Detlef Lingeman and Ms. Maya Gesheva ,Director of the National High School of Finance and Economics in Sofia, where the training was held, in the presence of Dr. Mitko Vassilev (CEO of German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce), Mr. Bertram Rolman - CEO of Pirin -Tex Ltd., Mr. Radomir Cholakov - Executive Director of KAOLIN EAD, as well as guests and partners of German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, among them representatives of the companies of the other trainees.

As part of the Worldwide Network of German Foreign Chambers of Commerce in 130 locations in 90 countries, the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce is engaged in dual professional training. In January 2015, the Dual Professional Training Cluster was created within the Chamber. One of the goals of this association of companies, educational institutions, organizations and political institutions is to make the topic of Dual Learning more accessible to the public and to develop it through a constant exchange of experiences.

The training of the first class started in October 2015 at the National High School of Finance and Economics in Sofia. The class is composed of ten employees of the companies Intram Invest EOOD, Kaolin EAD, Pirin-Tex EOOD, Sopharma AD, Sopharma Trading AD and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce). The training project of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce is planned for a period of two years. In the form of block seminars, students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge. In addition to the certificate, the graduates also receive a fourth qualification according to the Bulgarian Professional Education and Training Act.
