The Governing Council shall, with a mandate from 2020-2022, include:

  • "Elatzite Med"AD, headed by Eng. Dragomir Draganov – representative of mining sub-sector "Ore mining";
  • "Assarel - Medet" AD, headed by Eng. Delcho Nikolov – representative of sub-sector "Mining";
  • "Mini Maritzsa-Iztok" EAD, headed by Eng. Andon Andonov – representative of the "Coal" sub-sector;
  • "BN Consult Engineering" AD, headed by Dr. Nikola Vardev – representative of sub-sector "Geology";
  • "Vatia" AD, headed by Lyuba Kozhuharova – representative of the sub-sector "Mining of industrial minerals";
  • University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", represented by Prof. Dr. Eng. Lyuben Totev, Chairman of the Council of Rectors – for the sub-sector "Logistics activities";
  • "Ognyanovo-K" AD, headed by Dr. Nikolay Kolev – representative of the sub-sector "Extraction of aggregate and building materials";
  • "Marin Batourov" EOOD, headed by Irina Georgieva – representative of the sub-sector "Extraction of rock-cladding materials";
  • "Kaolin" EAD, headed by Radomir Cholakov;
  • "Dundee Precious Metals Chelopech" EAD, headed by Dr. Eng. Iliya Garkov;
  • "Euromarket - Construction" EAD, represented by Dimitar Ilchev;
  • "Siemens" EOOD, headed by Boryana Manolova;
  • The Bulgarian Association of Aggregates Manufacturers (BAAM) – by law;
  • The Executive Director of Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Mitev is a member of the Management Board - by law;

As members of the Control Board of Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology were selected: "Infraproekt Consult" EOOD with manager Dr. Rosalina Kozleva; "Eurotest Control"" EAD with CEO Ivan Kozhuharov and "Niproruda" AD with Executive Director Eng. Dancho Todorov.
The adopted guidelines set out the trends already adopted to preserve and upgrade the achieved high level of expertise and authority of the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology. The exchange of experience between the members of the Chamber for leading practices in the field of corporate social responsibility, health and work safety, human resources and environmental protection, will continue. Active activities will continue to be carried out to increase the competitiveness of mineral-raw material companies.
