Step 5 - The leader must encourage the "tapping" ouside his/hers team also.

Remind the people from yout team daily that, in addition to keeping themselves and others from the team safe, they have to "tap" everyone else, whether they are colleagues from other units or people from outside companies.

Helping them today, we are helping ourselves tomorrow.
