Stanimir Krastev, Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Krastev was a member of the Board of Directors of Kaolin AD from 2000 until February 2006, when he was appointed as one of the members of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Since 1999 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Alfa Finance Holding” AD, Sofia – the Company’s majority shareholder, as since June 1998 he has been participating in the Board of Directors of “Bulbrokers” AD, part of the economic group of “Alfa Finance Holding” AD. From May 1998 until December 1999 Stanimir Krastev was a Chief Lawyer of “BRIBANK” AD. From April 1996 to April 1998 he was a Chief Expert and Head of Sector at the “Law” and “Normative Order” Departments of the State Commission of Securities (SCS).Mr. Krastev has a Master’s Degree in Law and has graduated from the Law Faculty of “Kliment Ohridski” Sofia University.
