Kaolin Ad

Mr. Nenov has been a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kaolin AD since December 2006, before that since 2000 he was a Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Since 1999 Mr. Nenov has been an Executive Director of “Alfa Finance Holding” AD (Alfa Finance) – the Company’s majority shareholder, and in the same year he was appointed a Chief Executive Officer of “Bulbrokers” AD. From June 1999 to December 1999 Konstantin Nenov took the position of a Chief Executive Officer of “Lead – Zinc Complex” AD, the town of Kardjali, and from October 1998 until December 1999 he was a Chief Executive Officer of another company with a seat – “Bentonit” AD, the town of Kardjali. From August 1997 to November 1999 Mr. Nenov was a Procurator /managing director/ of “BRIBANK” AD, responsible for crediting, privatization, capital and financial markets. Within the period 1995 - 1997 he was a Manager of “Capital Consult” OOD. Mr. Nenov graduated from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia – major “Economy and Management of Transportation”. He has been appointed as a member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Mining Chamber.
