As of June 1, 2008, the Office of the Company's Investor Relations Director is occupied by Daniela Peeva.
Daniela Peeva is a jurist enjoying professional experience of many years in the field of corporate management of public companies and investor relations. In her capacity of Chair of the Investor Relations Directors Association's Management Board, Ms Peeva has organized numerous conferences, round tables and international seminars on topics related to the capital market, corporate management and investor relations in Bulgaria. She has also participated in drawing up various opinions on issues arising with respect to the respective legislation.
