Kaolin Ad

The Articles of Association of Kaolin AD is the fundamental constitutional act of the Company. It is drawn up in compliance with the requirements of the Commerce Act /CA/ and the Law on Public Offering of Securities /POSA/. It regulates the basic legal and organizational, as well as corporate aspects of its activities, the procedure on convening and holding, along with the competencies of the General Meeting of the Shareholders, the functions, responsibilities and liabilities of the corporate management, as well as other important terms and conditions, related to the activities of the Company.
