"Work & Challenge & Passion" is the motto of this year's KAOLIN participation in career forums

14.03.2019

We Started on March 12th and 13th in NDK in Sofia with a stand at the exhibition "National Career days 2019 – Good career, Good Life", organized by Job Tiger. There our colleague Ralitsa Peeva was pleased to meet potential candidates for internship and full-time positions in the company and to exchange with them experience and opinions on their hopes and expectations. And because the forum is national and is held alternately in other cities in the country outside the capital, KAOLIN plans to join with a booth and on the career day in the city of Russe on March 25th.

Meanwhile, on 14th of March in the University of Mining and Geology (MGU) "St. "Ivan Rilski" was held Career Day, organized by the Center for career development at MGU. The event brought together students with potential employers from the mineral and raw-material industry. Eight large companies, including Assarel Medet JSC, Aurubis Bulgaria AD, Dundee precious metals EAD, Ellatzite-Med AD presented to students from the university their current internship programs and job positions, working conditions and opportunities for career development. Especially impressed were the students from the unconventional presentation of KAOLIN. Our colleague Nelly Stoycheva showed potential candidates a short but attractive company video that recently got second place in the B2B competition for best video, presenting the employer's brand. Then, purposely dressed in workwear, Ms Stoycheva spоке to the prospective specialists, stressing that by choosing to study majors related to the extractive industry, they should be aware that it is precisely dressed in such workwear, and not in the typical office style, will they perform their work duties and that they alone are responsible for their choice of profession and employer. "Whomever you choose, whatever position you take," she recommended, "remember that work must offer you challenges for you to evolve and that you must work with passion."

After the end of the formal section and the presentations, students had the opportunity to talk to representatives of individual companies on their stands and to discuss in detail all questions related to specific opportunities for internships or work, as well as to complete questionnaires and applications for advertised vacancies or internships positions.
