For the fourth consecutive year ICAP Bulgaria (part of ICAP Group – one of the few companies approved as "credit rating agency " by the European Securities and Exchange Office) gives its recognition for best business practices- "True Leaders ". The awarding ceremony took place last night in the Rainbow Plaza Hall in Sofia. The ceremony was attended by nearly 250 guests, representatives of the senior management of 45 major leading companies in Bulgaria and of industrial chambers and business associations.

Kaolin EAD received a prize for True Leader for 2015 in the sector "manufacture of products from other non-metallic minerals N.E.C.".

In order to qualify for the award, companies must meet the following criteria at the same time: to be among the 300 most profitable EBITDA companies for 2015, to have increased the number of their staff (in 2015 versus 2014), to be leaders in their sector, and to have High credit assessment (ICAP Credit Score B2-A1).
