The Supreme Administrative Court once again delivered a favourable opinion for the benefit of Kaolin AD with regard to its tax suit
Under Judgment No. 6021/June 13, 2007, the Supreme Administrative Court delivered a final judgment for the benefit of Kaolin AD in connection with Tax Assessment Act No. 135/April, 4, 2006 of the Company issued by Major Taxpayers & Insurers Tax Directorate, Sofia City, being appealed. In connection with the above, within the next few days the Company’s management is to undertake the necessary administrative procedures in order to refund the amounts paid on the tax liabilities that were annulled.
