Kaolin AD Accedes to the National Corporate Governance Code
At a session of the Management Board of Kaolin AD held on March 28, 2008, a Resolution was passed on the Company’s accession to the National Corporate Governance Code, which was officially adopted in the month of October 2007.
All members of the Management Board have explicitly declared that in their entire activities undertaken onwards, being a responsible corporate Management, shall adhere to and shall apply the principles of corporate management and the recommendations regulated under the said Code, and shall continuously exert efforts so that the above-mentioned principles underlie the overall activities of Kaolin AD and the companies comprising its economic group. Information regarding the specific application of the principles underlying the National Corporate Governance Code in the activities of Kaolin AD, as well as information on the reasons for non-compliance with inapplicable regulations with respect to the Company shall be submitted in the Company’s annual reports, as well as on its corporate website.
