The Management Board of KAOLIN AD is pleased to hereby notify the Shareholders of the Company, the investment community and all persons interested that on February 18, 2008 the Company duly submitted to the Financial Supervision Commission and to the public the Annual Audited Financial Statements of KAOLIN AD for year 2007 in the Bulgarian and the English languages.
