Kaolin AD Has Once Again Set Foot in Turkey

On December 13, 2007 Kaolin AD acquired 80 % of the equity of Kaolin Industrial Minerals, Turkey. The said acquisition was effected through transfer of the majority shareholding in the Turkish company, so far held by Ceramic Materials EOOD /100 % subsidiary of Alfa Finance Holding AD/ in return for redemption of a debt of the latter toward Kaolin AD formed during previous periods.
