Notification
Pursuant to the procedure provided for under the Initial Public Offering Prospectus (Subscription) of up to 5,000,000 pieces of ordinary dematerialized voting shares confirmed by the FSC under Resolution No. 529-Е dated April 4, 2007, Kaolin AD hereby advises the investors with regard to the following:
The public offering (subscription) of shares from the increase in Kaolin AD’s share capital commenced on April 18, 2007 and finished successfully on April 25, 2007. The results were as follows:
* Shares distributed, subscribed and paid up: 4,580,620;
* Issuance value of the shares offered: BGN 13.50;
* Amount received from the shares subscribed and paid up: BGN 61,838,370;
* Costs undertaken as of the present moment on the public offering: BGN 2,501,965.
The entering of the issue into the Commercial Register, into the Register kept by the Financial Supervision Commission and the registration of Kaolin AD’s shares for trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange is forthcoming.
