50% of the kaolin extracted around the world finds application in paper production as filler and for coating.
Utilizing the natural characteristics of our raw materials, as well as the modern technologies for enrichment and bleaching, we produce types of kaolin having significant added value and finding application in paper production.
The requirements to paper set for whiteness, gloss, opacity and quality of print are constantly growing. In parallel with these, the requirements established with regard to the raw materials also increase – in order to achieve this end-effect with yet lower costs. Accounting for these trends, we are focusedly developing new products having specific characteristics for specific applications – micronised calcined kaolins.
At the same time, we are enriching our nomenclature with products extracted from new deposits, the natural characteristics of the raw material, from which it is supposed that the production of new high-quality kaolins for paper will take place.
